Membership in SPOCUS is subject to payment of applicable dues and adherence to our Code of Conduct. Membership is non-transferable. SPOCUS reserves the right to revoke membership for violations of organizational policies or professional standards.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, educational materials, and multimedia — is the property of SPOCUS or its content partners and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent from SPOCUS.

4. Member Conduct

Members agree to use the SPOCUS forum, resources, and communications in a professional, respectful, and lawful manner. Harassment, discrimination, spam, or misuse of member data is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate membership termination.

5. Limitation of Liability

SPOCUS provides resources for educational purposes only. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or reliance on any information provided. See our Medical Disclaimer for clinical use limitations.

6. Modifications
