Membership in SPOCUS is subject to payment of applicable dues and adherence to our Code of Conduct. Membership is non-transferable. SPOCUS reserves the right to revoke membership for violations of organizational policies or professional standards.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, educational materials, and multimedia — is the property of SPOCUS or its content partners and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent from SPOCUS.

4. Member Conduct

Members agree to use the SPOCUS forum, resources, and communications in a professional, respectful, and lawful manner. Harassment, discrimination, spam, or misuse of member data is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate membership termination.

The SPOCUS name, logo, and Train-the-Trainer (TtT) program are trademarks of the Society of Point of Care Ultrasound. Members are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access member-only resources solely for personal, non-commercial educational use.
